unique design kind staff jasmine terrace
i adored the hotel's unique design and attention to detail. the staff were all very kind and helpful (they remembered my name!). the jasmine terrace and garden spaces made me forget i was in a big city. it felt heavenly.
the hotel was slightly more expensive than other hotels i've stayed at.

staff greeted guests with smiles and were always ready to assist. they provided prompt responses to requests and offered helpful recommendations for local attractions. the service was always friendly and efficient.

the staff was very polite and helpful. i liked the selection at the bar, it was beautiful.
I could constantly hear doors slamming. It disrupted the peace. the faucet was broken. I struggled to use it.

warm welcome excellent facility great location beautiful decor
the staff was cute! they remembered my name. the facilities included a steam room. i enjoyed the gong healing meditation sessions offered. i found the location convenient for accessing nearby shops and transportation. i appreciated the well-thought-out food and cocktail selection at the bar.
my room lacked sufficient storage space.

Acceptable stay, but with issues.
helpful staff wellness pool relaxing session dark entrance noise issues privacy concerns
I found the staff to be very helpful . The Wavess Wellness Pool was a nice addition. I also enjoyed the complimentary reiki and sound healing session. It was relaxing. The afternoon tea offered some surprising and enjoyable treats.
The entrance of the building felt quite dark. My room faced the interior courtyard and bar. It was difficult to keep the curtains open due to privacy concerns. The lack of closed curtains felt intrusive.
